Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
Please note that some products are made to order. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–10 business days after shipment
- International: 10–20 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.
International shipping
We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us at system@raymachine.store, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at system@raymachine.store with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable), and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
